Enable multiple schedulers for content export

Enable multiple schedulers for content export by following these steps:

1. In Symphony Messaging, select the Settings icon.

2. Select Admin Portal.

This option is only available if you're a designated Administrator with Symphony Messaging Admin Portal access.

3. Select Begin Session.

Session Objective and Comments are optional fields and are not required to access the Symphony Messaging Admin Portal.

4. Navigate to Company Settings and select Export Content.

5. Select New.

6. Select Yes - Enable Multiple Schedulers.

A new Recurring Export screen will be displayed, where additional multiple schedulers can be configured.
