Reading a document in the Insights Platform can be broken into two parts by events and by participants.
To work through and explore specific events in a document:
- Open the document.
- Select the type of events.
Any selectable event takes you to the specific passage in the document.
- To switch to a different type of Key Driver, select an event in another category.
Once in another Key Driver, you can collapse the previous one.
- To switch to participants as well as questions and answers in a document, select the Participants tab.
