When someone initiates a Zoom meeting in a Symphony Messaging chat room you are in, a pop-up modal appears in the chat window asking room members to Decline or Join Now.
- Select Join Now to connect to the Zoom meeting.
If you decline a Zoom meeting initially, you can still join it at a later time if the meeting is still in progress.
- Navigate to the Symphony Messaging room where the meeting was initiated and select the Join Meeting button in the message.
