If you are entitled for the Zoom meeting integration on Symphony Messaging, it will either:
- Already have been installed by your Symphony Messaging admin and appear in your list of available applications, or
- You need to install it manually.
To launch a Zoom meeting from a Symphony Messaging chat:
- In the MEETING dropdown menu, select the Zoom option to select the type of meeting.
- Click the ZOOM button to start the meeting.
- For all upcoming meetings in this chat, just click the ZOOM button to start a meeting.
The Zoom application will launch using your login credentials and will also send a notification to join the meeting to the room members.
