Launch a Zoom meeting on Symphony Messaging

If you are entitled for the Zoom meeting integration on Symphony Messaging, it will either:

  • Already have been installed by your Symphony Messaging admin and appear in your list of available applications, or
  • You need to install it manually.

To launch a Zoom meeting from a Symphony Messaging chat:

  1. In the MEETING dropdown menu, select the Zoom option to select the type of meeting.
  2. Click the ZOOM button to start the meeting.
  3. For all upcoming meetings in this chat, just click the ZOOM button to start a meeting.

         

The Zoom application will launch using your login credentials and will also send a notification to join the meeting to the room members.
