Identify the number of messages a user has sent

You can use the Messaging Analytics to identify the number of messages a user has sent on Symphony Messaging.

Note: This is only available on the Premium Plus version of Messaging Analytics.

  1. Launch Messaging Analytics from Apps.

  1. Select the User Lookup (PII) tab.

  1. From the Top Users section, select the Message Sent Per Users report.

  1. The number of messages sent by all users will be displayed initially, however you can identify the number of messages a specific user has sent by selecting the displayName filter and selecting Apply.

  1. The results for the specific user will be displayed.
