You can use the Messaging Analytics to identify the total number of messages a user has sent on Symphony Messaging during a determined period of time.
Note: This is only available on the Premium Plus version of the Messaging Analytics app.
- Launch Messaging Analytics from Apps.
- Select the User Messaging PII tab.
- In the Top Users section, go to the Top Engaged Users report. A ranking of the most engaged users with average messages sent/day for a selected period of time will be displayed.
- Click on the Expand details icon. The Top Engaged Users page will show the average number of messages sent per engaged user per day, and you can select a different date range from the dropdown.
- Select the Table view. The total number of messages each specific user has sent during the selected period of time will be shown in the Total Messages Sent column.
