How to use the Community Connect Referrer Dashboard app

Community Connect Referrer Dashboard is an app for Community Connect customers which simplifies the process of referring their clients to Symphony (Figure 1):

As well as adding new people for referral, users can keep track of any previous referrals, view the details of referred user(s), the person who referred them and whether they’ve since joined Symphony or not.

Note: If Community Connect Referrer Dashboard is not available in the application list within Symphony Market, please check with your internal IT team to see if you have the correct permissions to access this app.

Referring somebody using the Community Connect Referrer Dashboard app means only a user's email address and company is required, therefore making the referral process simpler and faster than before (Figure 2):

After a referral is submitted, Symphony reviews the referral. If approved, invitation emails are sent to the referred contacts asking them to set up their profile.

Note: You can refer up to 10 users per client, and a client can have up to 20 users referred by different Symphony customers (for example, 10 users referred by you, and 10 additional users referred by another Symphony customer for the same client).
