Occasionally, the Symphony Desktop Application (SDA) may behave inconsistently or display a white screen. Performing a clear cache and reload usually resolves this error.
However if this doesn't help, you can try to reset and regenerate the local cache folder for the SDA:
- Completely exit the SDA.
- Open a new File Explorer window and navigate to the following location:
%localappdata%
- Locate the Symphony folder and rename it Symphony_Previous:
Symphony folder
Renamed Symphony_Previous folder
- Restart the SDA.
- Upon starting, the SDA will automatically regenerate a new Symphony Folder.
- Check that the SDA is now functioning as expected.
