How to search for a Symphony Group

A user can find a Symphony Group via a Quick Search from within Symphony. Symphony Groups display a hexagonal badge, rather than the square badge displayed by standard chat rooms or the round badge displayed for individual users (Figure 1):

Note: Quick Search is activated by ctrl + k (Windows), or cmd + k (Mac).

Note: Externally facing groups display the group name followed by the company name and then a date/timestamp.

For example, if a user searches for customer success in quick search, results for Symphony Groups will appear under People and Groups (Figure 2):

If the expected Symphony Group isn't found, use the filters in Advanced Search to narrow the results.

Note: Advanced Search is activated by Shift+Enter.

Note: Users should be careful not to confuse results listed under conversations with Symphony Groups.
