To remove members from an existing room on the WhatsApp Federation channel:
- Go to Apps in Symphony Messaging and select WhatsApp under Federation Suite.
Note: If WhatsApp is not available in the application list under Federation Suite, please check with your internal IT team to see if you have the correct permissions to access this app.
- Select the Rooms tab.
- Hover over the three dot menu of the room you wish to add the new member(s) to and select Manage Members.
- Select the three dot menu corresponding to the member(s) you want to remove and select Remove from conversation.
- Return to the room and check the members have been removed as expected.
