Help centre request forms are blank/unavailable

If the dropdown options appear to be blank/unavailable while trying to log a Service or Feature Request via the Symphony Help Center (Figure 1) it could be due to a lack of permissions for certain Symphony cookies:

To resolve this, open a new incognito browser window, navigate to the Help Center, and at the bottom of the page, a pop-up regarding Symphony cookies should be displayed (Figure 2):

Select Allow all cookies then follow the steps in the following Knowledge Articles:

 

Once completed, sign in to the Help Center and you should be able to select the Service/Feature Request options from the dropdown menu.
