While using Symphony mobile, users may receive the following error (Figure 1):

When this happens, please do the following:
1. Verify with your internal IT team that your account is active and enabled for mobile use.
2. Confirm your sign-in credentials. If you are unsure how to do this, ask your internal IT team.
Note: Your company may have set your username as your Windows login, or the first part of your email address (before the domain). The Symphony mobile app requires the full email address associated with your account. If your username and email address do not match, the above error will occur.
