After a pod is configured to enable SSO in Symphony, all users are required to sign in to Symphony using their SSO credentials. Therefore, resetting the password in Symphony alone will not change their login credentials for Symphony.
Internal Symphony admins can reset passwords on behalf of other users. If needed, they can also enable a feature to allow users to bypass SSO to sign in with normal Symphony credentials.
