Find conversations by user ID or user email from the admin portal

A Compliance Officer/Super Compliance Officer can search for conversations by user ID or user email from the Admin Portal by following the steps below:

 

1. In Symphony, click Settings in the upper right-hand corner, then click General (Figure 1):

2. Click Go to AC Portal at the bottom of the screen (Figure 2):

Note: Alternatively, go to https://companyabc.symphony.com/?admin as an administrator (where "companyabc" is the name of your pod)

 

3. Click All Conversations under the Compliance menu (Figure 3):

4. Go to the Search Messages section and enter the user ID or user email and select the date range to query (Figure 4):

5. A list will be returned of conversations associated with the user ID or user email specified in step 4
