To provide the best Symphony Meetings and Voice Direct experience, your organization's network must be configured for efficient communication with the Symphony Meetings and Voice Direct infrastructure. To do this, ensure all firewalls allow:
- Outbound UDP traffic on port 10000 - 10005.
- Outbound TCP traffic on port 4443.
Not allowing outbound UDP traffic will impact the overall quality of Symphony Meetings and Voice Direct. For a stricter network configuration, the user can limit the outbound ports to the endpoints listed below.
