Symphony Meetings - IP addresses/ports to whitelist

To provide the best Symphony Meetings experience, your organization's network must be configured for efficient communication with the Symphony Meetings infrastructure. To do this, ensure all firewalls allow:

  • Outbound UDP traffic on port 10000 - 10005.
  • Outbound TCP traffic on port 4443.

Not allowing outbound UDP traffic will impact the overall quality of Symphony Meetings. For a stricter network configuration, the user can limit the outbound ports to the endpoints listed below.

Production

Symphony Meetings in a Production environment require the following whitelisting:

  • mbr.eu-west1.symphony.com
  • mbr.us-east4.symphony.com
  • mbr.asia-southeast1.symphony.com
