After a sent message is suppressed, users are unable to determine if anyone read the message before it was removed.
Note: Only Super Compliance Officer (SCO) or Compliance Officer (CO) roles can perform this task
Note: The MessageID will be required
Determine if the message was read by following the steps below:
3. Search for your own account and open your profile
4. Ensure the Content Management check box is selected (Figure 3):

5. Navigate to your left nav and click Message Management (Figure 4):

6. Paste the MessageID in the input box and click Apply. This will provide you with a list of users who have read the message
1. In Symphony, click Settings in the upper right-hand corner, then click General (Figure 1):
