For issues specific to Symphony Desktop Application (SDA), enabling the console log can assist with troubleshooting by detailing recent actions.
Enable console log capture in the SDA by following these steps:
1. From the Symphony shortcut, right click and select Properties (Figure 1):

2. Select the Shortcut tab and enter ./Symphony.exe --enable-logging=stderr --v=1 2> electron.logs in the Target field (Figure 2):

3. Click Apply, then click OK
The console logs will now be written to the electron.logs file within the same folder and can be sent to assist with troubleshooting.
Note: Console log capture can also be enabled via the command line interface using the command "C:\Program Files\Symphony\Symphony\" followed by Symphony.exe --enable-logging=stderr --v=1 2> electron.logs
