Symphony screen sharing issue on a Mac device

When trying to screen share Symphony on a Mac device, the host screen might not be visible to participants. The most likely cause of this is the Symphony Desktop Application (SDA) preventing screen sharing via the Security & Privacy policies. In order to screen share, the user will need to grant access to the SDA. This can be done in 2 ways:

Firstly, if you to initiate a screen share, select Open System Preferences in the popup window which is displayed (Figure 1):

Select Privacy, navigate to the Screen Recording section and then select the Symphony checkbox (Figure 2):

Once completed, close this window, refresh the SDA and then attempt another screen share. 

Alternatively, you can navigate directly to the same location below and select the Symphony checkbox from there (Figure 3):
