Improve Windows screen share resolution on Citrix VDI

When one or more high resolution monitors are connected to a Windows endpoint machine, the display quality and resolution for screen share sessions can sometimes fall below the expected standard.

To improve screen sharing resolution, first ensure you have disconnected from your NDS Citrix VDI session.

1. After disconnecting, in the System tray, select Citrix Workspace then Advanced Preferences (Figure 1):

2. Select High DPI (Figure 2):

3. Select No, use the native resolution and select Save (Figure 3):

4. Begin a Citrix session with another user and perform a screen share test to confirm the resolution has improved.
