How to block communication from your pod to the Public pod

Block communication from your pod to the Public pod by following these steps: 

1. In Symphony, click Settings in the upper right-hand corner, followed by General (Figure 1):

2. Click Go to AC Portal at the bottom of the screen (Figure 2):

Note: Alternatively, navigate to as an administrator (where companyabc is the name of your pod)


3. Navigate to MANAGE BLACKLIST within Company Settings (Figure 3):

4. Enable Blacklist public Symphony users (Figure 4):

5. Click Save (Figure 5):

Note: By enabling this option, some of your users' conversations and messages will be removed. Additionally, a yellow banner stating some of your conversations were deactivated due to policy enforcement may be displayed
