You can obtain SFTP information for content archiving by a third party archive provider:
- In Symphony, select the Settings icon.
- Select Admin Portal.
Note: This option is only available if you're a designated Administrator with Admin Portal access.
- Select Begin Session.
Note: Session Objective and Comments are optional fields and are not required to access the Admin Portal.
- Select Export Content under Company Settings, then the SFTP tab.
This information can be shared with the customer's third party archive provider to allow them to download the files as required.
