Symphony Public pod - white screen issues upon login

If you receive a white screen after logging in to the Symphony Public pod (https://my.symphony.com/), there could be an issue with Google Chrome blocking access to Symphony.

 

Check if Symphony is being blocked by following these steps:

 

1. Go to Chrome Settings on the top right corner of the window (Figure 1):

2. Click Settings (Figure 2):

3. Click Site Settings (Figure 3):

4. Expand Additional content settings and click Insecure content (Figure 4):

5. In the Allow section, click Add (Figure 5):

6. Add my.symphony.com and pubmy.mykeymanager.com to the list of allowed sites (Figure 6):

7. Return to the main Settings page and select Clear browsing data (Figure 7):

8. Close and relaunch Google Chrome

 

9. Go back to the Symphony Public pod and attempt to log in again

 

If the issue persists, please contact the Symphony Support team at support@symphony.com and inform them that you are experiencing issues with a white screen after logging into the Symphony Public pod.
