Mobile notifications must be enabled in two areas on iOS for Symphony notifications to work - the first on the Symphony application itself and the second within the iOS Notifications.
Symphony application
1. Login to Symphony
2. Select More on the bottom right corner of the app
3. Select Notifications from the Settings menu and enable the notifications you prefer, IMs, @mentions etc (Figure 1):

Note: The Symphony application notifications settings will not take affect until the iOS notifications are enabled
iOS Notifications
1. Go to to Settings (Figure 2):

2. Select Notifications and then Symphony
3. Select Allow Notifications (Figure 3):

Note: If the notifications are still not working, it may be because the Symphony application was running when the changes were made. In that case, exit Symphony and relaunch the application for the updated settings to take effect
