Cloud-based WebRTC V2 - IP addresses and ports to whitelist

To use cloud-based WebRTC v2, the following TCP ports must be opened on the firewall for communication to the IP addresses below:

  • Signaling: TCP port 443
  • Media: UDP port 10000 (UDP)
  • Media fallback: TCP port 443 (if UDP port 10000 is not available)

WebRTC (V2 Cloud) - Production

WebRTC V2 Cloud Production requires the following whitelisting on the customer network:
