Some organizations might have more than one domain in their company network and therefore may have more than one Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) server.
Symphony is only able to connect to one ADFS server using single sign on (SSO), however users from other domains should also be able to sign in if:
- Trust relationships have been setup between the ADFS servers inside the company
- No firewall or network blocking is configured for the user's device trying to access the ADFS server allocated for Symphony
- Users from other domains indicate their domain or full email address for the authentication process to other ADFS servers whilst signing in from the SSO page of the company (a user should user company/username instead of the username only, e.g. companyabc/John.Smith)
If users from other domains are still unable to connect, please contact your Solutions Architect (SA) or Technical Account Manager (TAM). To expedite your support, please inform them that you are experiencing issues with SSO login with a different domain.
