Symphony Meetings can be enabled or disabled through the Admin Portal via the following pod-level and user-level entitlements.
- Enable the following pod-level entitlements in the Edit Entitlements menu of the Admin Portal under Company Settings:

- Can use Audio in internal Meetings
- Can use Video in internal Meetings
- Can Share Screens in internal Meetings
- Can view Shared Screens in internal Meetings
- Can use Audio in Internal Meetings on Mobile
- Can use Video in internal Meetings on Mobile
- Can Share Screens in internal Meetings on Mobile
- Can view Shared Screens in internal Meetings on Mobile
- Once configured at pod level, enable the following user-level entitlements in the Entitlements menu of the Admin Portal under Browse Accounts:
