Configuring WebRTC entitlements for users

WebRTC can be enabled or disabled through the Admin Portal via the following pod-level and user-level entitlements.

Enable the following pod-level entitlements in the Edit Entitlements menu of the Admin Portal (Figure 1):

  • Can use Audio in internal Meetings
  • Can use Video in internal Meetings
  • Can Share a screen in internal Meetings
  • Can view shared screens in internal Meetings
  • Can use Audio in Internal Meetings on Mobile
  • Can use Video in internal Meetings on Mobile
  • Can Share a screen in internal Meetings on Mobile
  • Can view shared screens in internal Meetings on Mobile

Once configured at pod level, enable the following user-level entitlements in the Entitlements menu of the Admin Portal (Figure 2):

  • Can use Audio in internal Meetings
  • Can use Video in internal Meetings
  • Can Share a screen in internal Meetings

  • Can use Audio in Internal Meetings on Mobile
