Once Symphony has enabled webRTC on your pod, you need to configure your firewall. To start using the cloud RTC service, the following IP addresses must be whitelisted on your firewall:
To use cloud-based WebRTC v1, the following TCP ports must also be opened on the firewall for communication to the IP addresses above:
- Signaling: TCP port 443 (this should already be open)
- Media: UDP port 10000 (UDP)
- Media fallback: TCP port 443 (if UDP port 10000 is not available)
If you experience any problems during this configuration, please contact the Symphony Support team at email@example.com and inform them that you are experiencing issues with cloud-based WebRTC V1 whitelisting.
