If the single sign on (SSO) solution configured with your Messaging platform is preventing users from authenticating due to a misconfiguration or service issue, a Symphony Messaging Admin can bypass SSO to log in to Symphony Messaging by following these steps:
- As a Symphony Messaging Admin, navigate to https://companyabc.symphony.com/?admin (where companyabc is the name of your Symphony instance).
- Select Forgot your password.
- Enter your email address in the Password Reset field when prompted.
- Follow the instructions provided to reset your Symphony Messaging credentials.
- Once completed, navigate to https://companyabc.symphony.com/?admin (where companyabc is the name of your Symphony Messaging instance) and enter the newly updated credentials.
- Once the Admin Portal has loaded, navigate to Configure SSO under Company Settings.
- Update the SSO configuration accordingly or disable the functionality entirely if necessary.
