In some instances, your antivirus software can prevent the screenshot feature in the Symphony Desktop Application (SDA) from functioning properly resulting in the following error message (Figure 1):

In order to prevent this error, the antivirus application must be identified and the SDA installation path must be whitelisted to allow the SDA to have the required access. Once this is done, the Symphony screenshot feature should work as expected.
