Capture Symphony Desktop Application (SDA) logs

Symphony Desktop Application (SDA) logs contain useful logging information which can assist in troubleshooting certain scenarios.

To capture SDA logs:

  1. Select the hamburger menu to display the application menu. If the menu is not visible, it might be disabled. Learn how to enable the hamburger menu.

  1. Select Help > Troubleshooting > Show Logs in Explorer to generate a new folder containing all the log information.

  1. Navigate to your Downloads folder if it does not automatically open.

  1. Locate the folder containing the newly generated logs.

  1. Ensure the most recent SDA logs are selected and send them to the Symphony Support team at support@symphony.com.

Note: If the files are too large to send via email, inform the Symphony Support team. They can arrange to receive it using a secure file transfer site, Filevault.
