Symphony users with administrator access can enable or disable individual file types shared in Symphony, in accordance with each organization's guidelines.
To configure allowed file types:

In Symphony, select the Settings icon.
- Select Admin Portal. This option is only available if you're a designated Administrator with Admin Select Begin Session.
Note: Session Objective and Comments are optional fields and are not required to access the Admin Portal.
- Select Edit Entitlements.
- From the File Types tab, enable/disabled the file types as desired. You can use the Search Extensions field to search for specific file types rather than scrolling through the entire list.
- You can select the Summary link to view a summary of all internal and external file types that are allowed or blocked.
All file type attachments have a maximum file size. Refer to Attachment limitations for more information.
