Xcode logs provide valuable error logging information which will allow Symphony to properly investigate customer issues.
Capture the Xcode logs for iOS or MDM on your mobile device by following these steps:
1. Install Xcode from the following URL:
https://itunes.apple.com/ru/app/xcode/id497799835?mt=12
2. Connect your iOS device (iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch) to your Mac via a USB port
3. Select Trust this computer when the security prompt is displayed
4. Click on Xcode to start the application
5. Navigate to the Window menu, then select Devices (Figure 1):

6. Select your device and reproduce the problem (Figure 2):

7. Press the down arrow on the bottom right hand corner to download the logs (Figure 3):

8. Send the Xcode logs to the Symphony Support team at support@symphony.com
Note: If the files are too large to email, inform the Symphony Support team. They can arrange to receive it using a secure file transfer site, Filevault
