iOS Xcode logs contain useful performance information which can assist in troubleshooting certain scenarios.
Capture iOS Xcode logs from an iOS device by following these steps:
1. Install Xcode from the following URL:
https://apps.apple.com/app/xcode/id497799835?mt=12
2. Connect your iOS device to your iOS machine.
3. Select Trust this computer when the security prompt is displayed.
4. Select Xcode to start the application.
5. Navigate to the Window menu, then select Devices (Figure 1):

6. Select your device and reproduce the problem (Figure 2):

7. Select the down arrow in the bottom right hand corner to download the logs (Figure 3):

8. Send the Xcode logs to the Symphony Support team at support@symphony.com
Note: If the files are too large to email, inform the Symphony Support team. They can arrange to receive it using a secure file transfer site, Filevault.
