Super Compliance Officers and Compliance Officers can ban members from specific chat rooms. When a member is banned, they’re immediately removed from the chat room and blocked from re-joining that room until the ban is removed.
Ban a member
To ban a member, navigate to All Conversations in the Admin Portal under Compliance (Figure 1):

Use the Browse Conversations filters to locate the chat room then select Apply to see the chat details. Select the Members tab and select the Ban Member icon for the member you wish to ban (Figure 2):

Enter a justification and select Ban (Figure 3):

Note: To view rooms with banned members, enable the Show only rooms with banned members checkbox.
To view the list of members banned from a room, select the room and navigate to the Banned tab (Figure 4):

Unban a member
To unban a member, navigate to the banned member's row and select the Unban Member icon (Figure 5):

Enter a justification and select Unban (Figure 6):

Confirmation that the member has been unbanned will be displayed (Figure 7):
