Deactivate an account

Admins can deactivate any existing account at any time, for example when a user leaves the company.


To deactivate an account, navigate to Browse Accounts in the Admin Portal under Accounts and search for the account you wish to deactivate (Figure 1):

Select Deactivate from the Change Status menu (Figure 2):

Note: You can also suspend an account temporarily if you don't wish to fully deactivate it.


Select Deactivate Account (Figure 3):
