When you wish to start a Symphony Meeting, select Start a Meeting from any direct chat or chat room (Figure 1):

This will start your meeting and send out a notification prompt to the people in the direct chat or chat room to join you.
Note: The current default limit for a meeting is 100 members. This figure may vary depending on your company policy.
All ongoing meetings will automatically be placed in your Ongoing Meetings folder at the top of your chat list (Figure 2):

Note: This folder will automatically disappear when you have no active meetings.
