Launch a Symphony Meeting

You can start a a Symphony Meeting from any chat room, unless this room is read-only and you are not an owner of this room. A meeting can host up to 100 participants depending on your company policy.

To launch a Symphony Meeting from a chat:

1. In the MEETING dropdown menu, select the Meeting option to select the type of meeting.
2. Click the MEETING button to start the meeting.
3. For all upcoming meetings in this chat, just click the MEETING button to start a Symphony Meeting.

This will start your meeting and send out a notification prompt to the people in the direct chat or chat room to join you.

All ongoing meetings are automatically placed in a temporary Ongoing Meetings folder at the top of your chat list.
