Symphony Messaging end users can reset their password by themselves when SSO is not enabled.
To reset your password:
- Access your Symphony instance URL with a browser such as Chrome.
- Click Forgot your password? in the login screen.
Note: The URL in the following screenshot is only an example, and not your Symphony Messaging instance URL.
- Enter your password, then check I'm not a robot, and click Recover Password.
- Check your emails to find the Password reset email sent to your email address.
