How to reset your Symphony Messaging password when SSO is not enabled

Symphony Messaging end users can reset their password by themselves when SSO is not enabled.

To reset your password:

  1. Access your Symphony instance URL with a browser such as Chrome.
  2. Click Forgot your password? in the login screen.

Note: The URL in the following screenshot is only an example, and not your Symphony Messaging instance URL.

  1. Enter your password, then check I'm not a robot, and click Recover Password.

  1. Check your emails to find the Password reset email sent to your email address.
