How to reset your local cache on the Symphony Messaging Desktop Application (SDA) on Mac

Completely exit the SDA.
Open a Finder window.
Open the Go menu in the top menu bar and click Go to Folder in the dropdown.
Enter ~/Library/Application Support/ in the search bar.
Locate the Symphony folder and rename it to Symphony_Previous.
Restart the SDA. When starting, the SDA will automatically generate a new Symphony folder.
Check that the SDA is now functioning as expected.
