If you are unable to access Symphony using the Symphony Desktop Application (SDA) after a version upgrade or other changes, a common reason is that the URL of the Symphony instance is incorrect.
To update the URL of your Symphony instance:
- Select the hamburger menu in SDA, then select Help -> About Symphony:
- Click the URL in the POD field 3 times to enter the edit mode.
- Enter the correct URL of your Symphony instance in the POD field.
Note: The URL in the following screenshot is only an example, and not your Symphony instance URL.
- Click the SAVE AND RESTART button.
