Follow the steps below to force the logout of a user from all devices while keeping their account active:
- In the Symphony Messaging Admin Portal, navigate to Browse Accounts.
- Search for the specific user's account.
- Click the blue Change Status button on the right side of the screen and select Suspend from the dropdown menu.
- Select any date other than the current one as the suspension time. You can optionally mention you are forcing the user's logout in the Reason to suspend textbox.
- Wait a few minutes for the suspension to activate. This will log the user out of all devices.
- Click the Change Status button again, and select Activate from the dropdown menu. The user's account will be active again, and they will be able to log back in.
