Symphony for Android: How do I recover my password?

If you forgot your password, click on Reset password in the Sign-in screen.

 Enter your email address and check the “I am not a robot” box. Select the appropriate pictures as indicated on the screen and click Verify. Click on the “Recover password” button.

  

Check your email inbox for an email titled “Symphony Password Reset Request”- open this and click Reset your password.

   

You will be redirected to a page asking you to open up the Symphony app - click Open.

Define your password and Confirm.

Note: your password must contain at least 8 characters, including one lower case letter, one upper case letter, one number and one special character.
