Symphony Desktop Application (SDA) certificate transparency whitelisting

Symphony Desktop Application (SDA) certificate transparency whitelisting allows internal Symphony admins to bypass certificate transparency checks for specific domains and avoid showing warning dialogs to users.

This is supported by creating a handler in a window session in the SDA. The handler compares the whitelist with the domain to be opened and chooses to skip certificate transparency if the domain is present in the whitelist.

To enable this feature, add the required domains in the ctWhitelist parameter in the Symphony configuration file (see Symphony Desktop Application (SDA) configuration file location).
