Anyone using the Insights Platform can sign up for either daily or weekly ESG alerts sent directly to their email address registered with their account (Figure 1):

To receive ESG Alerts, you will need to either create or select a Watchlist from your account and provide it to the Amenity Customer Support team via amenitysupport@symphony.com
Once provided, you will begin receiving updates on the companies included in the watchlist.
Alerts will be sent when there is a noticeable change in ESG scoring or a notable news story for a company on your Watchlist.
Note: The scoring methodology is done on a three month moving average and changes daily based on events.
