Creating a new LINE room

Create a new LINE room by following these steps:

1. Select LINE Connect from Apps in Symphony.

2. Navigate to the Rooms tab , select New Room and fill in the following fields with the relevant details (Figure 1):

  • Internal members: Enter Symphony contacts in your firm that you wish to add to a room with your LINE client(s).
  • External members: Enter any LINE client(s) you’d like to connect with, that you’ve added to your LINE contacts on Symphony.
  • Room Name: Enter a name for your LINE room.

3. Review and confirm your room's information to proceed.

4. Select Create (Figure 2):

5. Your client(s) will receive an introduction message in LINE including the terms and conditions that they need to accept in order to begin your LINE conversation.
