Reset your Amenity Analytics platform password

To reset the password to your Amenity Analytics platform account:

  1. Select Don't remember your password? on the login screen.
  2. Enter the email address of the associated account and select Send Email. 
  3. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

Based on your organization's settings, some features in this Knowledge Article may not be applicable to you. Please contact your Technical Account Manager (TAM), Symphony Support, or your internal IT team with any questions.
