Users can view their call history by selecting Call History on the navigation panel of the home screen. Details displayed include:
- Display of outgoing and incoming Shout Downs and Hoots.
- Display of outgoing, incoming, and missed Ring Downs and Intercoms.
- Display of up to 200 calls.
- Redial is available for dial tone and dynamic intercom calls.
- Search functionality for users to filter by call type and status.
- Add action is available for dial tone calls where the dialed number is not currently a saved contact.
- Call Forwarding gives the user a view of their available lines and the ability to divert their line to another number if they have divert permissions.
