Viewing call history

Users can view their call history by selecting Call History on the navigation panel of the home screen. Details displayed include:

  • Display of outgoing and incoming Shout Downs and Hoots.
  • Display of outgoing, incoming, and missed Ring Downs and Intercoms.
  • Display of up to 200 calls.
  • Redial is available for dial tone and dynamic intercom calls.
  • Search functionality for users to filter by call type and status.
  • Add action is available for dial tone calls where the dialed number is not currently a saved contact.
  • Call Forwarding gives the user a view of their available lines and the ability to divert their line to another number if they have divert permissions.
