If you minimize or exit the Cloud9 Trader, the application is still running in the background. If you try to relaunch the Cloud9 Trader, the following message will be displayed (Figure 1):

This message will also pop up when you close the application from the X in the top right corner and try to open up the application again.
You can successfully reopen the Cloud9 Trader by following these steps:
- Navigate to the Windows system tray and select the up arrow (Figure 2):

- Locate the C9 icon (Figure 3):

- Double-click the C9 icon, or right-click the C9 icon and select Open Window (Figure 4):

The Cloud9 Trader window appears back on your screen.
Note: To fully log out and shut down the Cloud9 Trader, select Log Out from the Settings menu.
