If you minimize or exit the Cloud9 Trader, the application is still running in the background. If you try to relaunch the Cloud9 Trader, the following message will be displayed:
This message will also pop up when you close the application from the X in the top right corner and try to open up the application again.
You can successfully reopen the Cloud9 Trader by following these steps:
- Navigate to the Windows system tray and select the up arrow:
- Locate the C9 icon:
- Double-click the C9 icon, or right-click the C9 icon and select Open Window:
The Cloud9 Trader window appears back on your screen.
Note: To fully log out and shut down the Cloud9 Trader, select Log Out from the Settings menu.
