The Contact Import App allows you to expand your community and discover who's on Symphony.
You can import your contacts from various platforms and the app displays whether you are already connected to these contacts on Symphony. If you are not connected, you can send them a connection request and start chatting via Symphony when they have accepted.
The app allows you to import contacts by:
- Cloud address book (Microsoft Outlook and Google)
- file upload from CSV file or VCF file
- email address
To open the Contact Import App:
- Select the Symphony Marketplace in the left navigation bar.
- Search for the Contact Import App and click Open.
